Quarterly Profit Sharing
As we succeed as a team, we benefit as individuals.
Provided a minimum profit of $30,000 is attained in a quarter, each team member that has been with Rocket Marketing for one year or more will receive a quarterly profit-sharing bonus.
The profit-sharing amount will be calculated using a formula that considers each team member’s years of service and current salary.
Rocket Marketing’s financial quarters are as follows:
• February – April
• May – July
• August – October
• November – January
If earned, profit-sharing bonuses will be paid out by the end of the month following the end of each quarter.
