We value each member of our team and will reward them for their dedication and years of service to Rocket Marketing with the following milestone awards:
• 5 Years: 2 days paid vacation + $200 gift card
• 10 Years: 5 days paid vacation + $350 gift card
• 15 Years: 10 days paid vacation + $500 gift card
• 20 Years: 15 days paid vacation + $750 gift card
For each reward, we invite the recipient to take their bonus vacation time and gift card within 6 months of their work anniversary date.
