To help our team members celebrate, we provide a paid day off on their birthday.

All employees who have been with Rocket Marketing for at least one year are eligible for this benefit, in addition to their regular vacation days. If your birthday falls on a weekend, you may choose to take either the preceding Friday or the following Monday off.

Ahead of celebrating their birthday, team members are to confirm with their manager which day they would like to take off.
